I will like to share with webmaster’s some issue regarding search engine optimisation in Google UK Index. We are UK SEO and working as SEO services company in Manchester since last four years. In 2008 it was very easy to promote and get ranked our client websites. I just work with directory listings and get the results. Now in late 2010 we are using all off page SEO methods and technology to get Google ranking but facing problem. This al happens after Google caffeine was implement. I made in-depth study on this and found the following reasons

• Google UK Index has grown quite high
• To rank in google.co.uk you need to have local search engine optimisation methodology
• People are getting more and more aware of SEO and competition on top keyword is growing
• Google algorithm is changing quickly

It need more hard work now to rank on google.co.uk as compare to previous year.

The new format shows links to specific events on the page along with dates and locations. It provides a fast and convenient way for users to determine if a page has events they may be interested in. If you have event listings on your site, Google encourage you to review the events documentation

Google originally introduced Rich Snippets with two formats: reviews and people. Later in the year Google added support for marking up video information which is used to improve Video Search.

Yahoo CEO Carol Bartz suggested June 3 that a long-rumored search deal between Microsoft and Yahoo would save her company between $500 million and $700 million, mostly in staff reductions and data center cutbacks.
